Eu reclamei sobre o atraso na consulta, me marcaram um horário e já havia uma hora de atraso e ninguém me atendeu! Tinha um casal de idosos esperando a duas horas já! Achei aquilo um desrespeito ao cliente! Os médicos fazem isso pois as pessoas acabam esperando! A recepcionista mal educada me disse que eles sabiam muito bem marcar horário e que da empresa dela cuidava ela e eu cuidava da minha, pois tinha escrito no formulário a minha profissão de empresaria! E concordo! Jamais na minha empresa vou fazer o cliente esperar e tratá-lo mal!
Se ele mudar de recepcionista pode ser que melhore! Não posso falar do médico pois aquela grossa me assustou antes de ser atendida e eu fui embora! Decepcionada! Grossa, mal educada e lerda para atendimento!
I could not even be cured because the receptionist is a thick and rude! I complained about the delay in the appointment, I was scheduled a time and there was already an hour late and no one answered! Had an elderly couple waiting for two hours already! I found that disrespectful to the customer! Doctors do this because people end up waiting! The clumsy receptionist told me that they knew the schedule very well and that her company took care of her and I took care of mine because I had written on the form my profession of businesswoman! Yeah I agree! Never in my company will I make the customer wait and treat you badly!
If he changes the receptionist it can be better! I can not talk about the doctor because that thick one scared me before it was answered and I left! Disappointed! Thick, rude and slow to care!

Foi o único profissional que fez o teste de daltonismo no meu filho e deu o diagnostico correto. Também se mostrou muito atencioso quando meu outro filho precisou de acompanhamento na vista, no início da pandemia. Um médico que realmente se preocupa com seus pacientes. Sempre fico muito satisfeita com seu atendimento.
Excellent professional, attentive and efficient. Great equipment in the office and good location. Dr. Eduardo does all the necessary tests calmly and carefully. He was the only professional who did my son's color blindness test and gave the correct diagnosis. He was also very attentive when my other son needed eye care at the beginning of the pandemic. A doctor who really cares about his patients. I am always very satisfied with your service.

Detalhe: com as lentes eu pude voltar a me maquiar e com isso, além de tratar da minha saúde, ele contribuiu muito para aumentar a minha auto estima!!!
Além disso, o consultório e o prédio estão super preparados para manter as condições de higiene necessárias agora em tempos de COVID19.

My experience was wonderful! Dr Eduardo is a super attentive, competent, meticulous professional in the exam, and he was the one who got my perfect adaptation to contact lenses!
