★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone. Tive que ir pessoalmente e quase não me deixam entrar sendo que por se tratar de órgão público a entrada e acesso são livres por lei. Afinal, consegui ser atendido e felizmente tive um bom atendimento.
They don't answer the phone. I had to go in person and they almost don't let me in, as it is a public body, entry and access are free by law. In the end, I managed to be attended and luckily I had a good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz dias (vários) que eu tento ligar e ninguém atende. Acho uma falta de respeito com o povo. Fui pessoalmente e não resoveram meu problema. Pessoalmente nunca tem lugar para estacionar o carro, uma pessoa só atendendo e uma fila de espera e o telefone ninguém atende. Assim fica difícil, viu!!!!
I've been trying to call for days (several) and no one answers. I think it's disrespectful to the people. I went in person and they didn't solve my problem. Personally, there is never a place to park the car, only one person answering and a queue and no one answers the phone. That's hard, see!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei nem porque eles colocam número para ligar, se a vontade de atender não existe. E pior que você vai lá, nem tem movimento praticamente, mas eles fazem de bobo as pessoas que ligam para uma informação.
I don't even know why they put a number to call, if the will to answer doesn't exist. It's worse that you go there, there's practically no movement, but they make a fool of people who call for information.
