A escola não existe mais (Befecó - Benedito Ferreira da Costa) e agora preciso do original para autenticar cópia para eu receber meu diploma. Ineficiência e descaso total.
I asked for my original school record months ago, because a company lost it when I left it to make a copy. I had no return. The school no longer exists (Befecó - Benedito Ferreira da Costa) and now I need the original to authenticate a copy for me to receive my diploma. Inefficiency and total neglect.

Apenas a primeira moça, da recepção, que poderia ter tido um pouco mais de iniciativa, entrei se não olho através do recorte do vidro que é espelhado não tinha me atendido.

I've been calling for weeks and no one has answered the phone. When I managed to speak they sent me to the desired extension and hung up. Could improve on this aspect I'm not the first to complain about it.

Mudei do campestre pro bairro alto e por falta de vaga a diretoria colocou meu filho de 7 anos no colégio Jaçanã que fica a mais de 3km da minha casa, não tenho como levar ele desta distância e a diretoria não faz absolutamente nada, me disseram que não são obrigados a fornecer transporte, então quem é?
Meu filho está a mais de 3 semanas sem ir pra escola, já tem dificuldades pra ler e escrever por causa da pandemia e agora mais isso.
Vou fazer uma reclamação na ouvidoria do estado, mais queria saber dos direitos do meu filho a escola e inclusive numa distância que ele consiga ir e voltar.
I've been trying to solve a problem for more than 3 weeks and no one has a solution, (that's when I can talk, because no one ever answers the phone).
I moved from the countryside to Bairro Alto and, due to lack of space, the board put my 7-year-old son at the Jaçanã school, which is more than 3 km from my house, I have no way of taking him from this distance and the board does absolutely nothing, I was told that are not required to provide transportation, so who is?
My son is more than 3 weeks without going to school, he already has difficulties reading and writing because of the pandemic and now that's more.
I'm going to file a complaint with the state ombudsman, but I wanted to know about my son's rights to school and even within a distance that he can go and return.
