★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ensino, módulo muito fraco parece mais apostila. Banheiros sempre sujos, valores de eventos muito caro e pouca infraestrutura! Escola grande porém não oferece aquilo que lhe diz no ato da matrícula. Eu não indico??

School with a good structure, air-conditioned classrooms and SAE DIGITAL quality teaching with qualified teachers. My daughter has been studying since she was 5 years old and this year she went to elementary school 2 well prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho através deste canal de comunicação externar a minha imensa insatisfação com a gestão do Centro Educacional Luz do Saber.
Meu filho era aluno do Grupo 04 matutino na unidade de Vilas do Atlântico, grupo este que após decisão imposta de forma unilateral pela gestão da escola foi extinto em meio ao ano letivo em curso e os alunos seriam remanejados para a turma do turno vespertino, mudança esta que caracteriza quebra de contrato, visto que as famílias matriculam os filhos em horários de acordo com as necessidades individuais de cada família. Após várias tentativas, sem sucesso, de convencimento, junto a coordenação para que a mudança não ocorresse, decidimos buscar outra escola que atendesse a nossa necessidade no turno matutino, encontramos. Porém a surpresa maior estava por vir. A escola Luz do Saber, mesmo sendo a causadora de todo esse transtorno , que envolve perda de tempo, dinheiro e principalmente uma quebra no ciclo de aprendizagem da criança como também uma interrupção abrupta nos laços afetivos que são formados entre os alunos de uma turma, visto que alguns outros pais também foram obrigados por força da mudança a retirar os seus filhos, ainda assim, vem se eximindo de assumir as suas responsabilidades quanto a devolução de valores que foram pagos antecipadamente pelos pais. Em uma última reunião com a direção geral ( depois de várias e várias tentativas de negociação com a coordenação) a Senhora diretora teve a coragem de informar que devolveria apenas 50% do valor do fardamento pois já estamos no meio do ano e uniforme já estava usado. Não consigo entender como pode uma escola com mais de 20 anos no mercado agir de forma tão irresponsável e ainda ser tão mesquinha de chegar ao ponto de negar aos pais um valor irrisório de R$ 60 sendo que foram eles os causadores do problema, sem contar com a decisão de também devolver apenas 50% do material escolar e ainda questionar se deveria devolver o valor da pré matrícula que foi paga no final de 2018 para serem diluídas nas prestações de 2019. Sinceramente, acho que vocês deveriam se sentir envergonhados por esse tipo de atitude. Tendo dado causa a todo esse problema, deveriam buscar dar aos pais todo o apoio para que as mudanças ocorressem sem maiores transtornos, mas no entanto foram intransigentes e em nenhum momento zelaram pelo nosso bem maior que são as nossas crianças.

The Luz do Saber school, despite being the cause of all this disorder, involves loss of time, money and especially a break in the child's learning cycle as well as an abrupt interruption in the affective bonds that are formed among the students of a class, since some other parents have also been forced by force of the change to withdraw their children, yet they have been relieving themselves of assuming their responsibility for the return of amounts which were paid in advance by the parents. In a last meeting with the General Direction (after several and several attempts to negotiate with the coordinator), the lady director had the courage to inform that she would return only 50% of the value of the uniforms, since we are already in the middle of the year and uniform was already used . I can not understand how a school with more than 20 years in the market can act so irresponsibly and still be so mean as to deny parents a derisory value of R $ 60 and they were the cause of the problem, not counting with the decision to also return only 50% of the school supplies and still question whether to return the amount of pre-registration that was paid at the end of 2018 to be diluted in the installments of 2019. Sincerely, I think you should feel ashamed for this type of attitude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante pra dizer o mínimo, meu filho no segundo ano/ensino médio, tem 6 horários de aula remota preenchido como estudo individual ( ou seja aula vaga) mais 1 horário, que seria para aula como envio de atividades, um adolescente de 17 anos praticamente todos os dias tem 2 aulas vagas com o nome bonitinho de estudo individual e a coordenação diz que está seguindo uma diretriz e que mesmo com tantas aulas vagas vai conseguir a carga horária exigida.
Disappointing to say the least, my son in second year/high school has 6 remote class schedules filled as individual study (ie vacant class) plus 1 schedule, which would be for class as sending activities, a 17 year old practically every day there are 2 vacant classes with the cute name of individual study and the coordination says that they are following a guideline and that even with so many vacant classes they will get the required time.

Pura mentira, marketing, a escola diz que é bilíngue mas, os alunos nem têm aula de inglês, quando tem é apenas pq fomos obrigados a pagar mais caro por um material que não serve para nada para nossos filhos, tanto não serve que o próprio professor falta aula e ninguém dá satisfação , é uma vergonha. Nenhum aluno vai sair falando inglês, diz que tem aula de capoeira, inteligência emocional e outras, TUDO marketing nada funciona, uma semana tem na outra não tem, mudam os horários e tanto faz, vc que fique sem saber que dia terá a aula. A Diretora faz reunião para enganar os pais dizendo que não sabe de nada e é impossível uma diretora não saber que a escola nada funciona. Os professoras estão no modo automático, se seu filho não tiver uma apoio em casa, a escola não vai ensinar! ESCUTE BEM, eles não ensinam nada, principalmente para as séries iniciais,um ou outro vai ter a atenção do professor e se seu filho já for um bom aluno, pior ainda, o professor já vai tratar ele como se nao precisasse de mais nada. Infelizmente, não temos opções em cajazeiras, pq já ouvi falar que as concorrentes "de nome" tb não são boas. Nossa esperança é terminar esse 2022 e procurar uma nova escola para nossos filhos. 5 dias sem aula na luz do saber e nenhuma justificativa da diretora, vc que se vire. Não houve reposição de aula. Se tiver feriado na quarta, segunda e terça não tem aula ou seja, pagamos escola para dá moleza para eles, a gente que se vire com nossos filhos. Quanto menos aula tiver melhor pra eles, nossos filhos e nosso bolso que se vire. Por tanto, acredite, essa escola não é boa, meu filho é aluno 2022. A diretora ainda fez uma campanha para que a gente indicar aluno: somos uma piada p ela!

Unfortunately, we don't have options in cajazeiras, because I've heard that the "name" competitors are not good either. Our hope is to finish this 2022 and look for a new school for our children. 5 days without classes in the light of knowledge and no justification from the director, you can manage.
