Mas sobre o atendimento, é pessimo!
Funcionários perdidos em algumas tarefas, falta de informação entre os mesmos, sistema super desatualizado e lento, desorganização com fixas durante os atendimentos e matrículas (em períodos cheios), e extrema demora para efetuar um simples pagamento de serviço.
Regarding the encino, everything was fine.
But about the service, it sucks!
Employees lost in some tasks, lack of information among them, super outdated and slow system, disorganization with fixed numbers during appointments and enrollments (in full periods), and extreme delay to make a simple payment of service.
