A pré venda e instalação foram boas, porém pós venda, ou seja, quando você precisa de assistência técnica, você não eh atendido, programam visita e não cumprem. Me arrependi muito em ter efetuado negocio com esta empresa, que a meu ver não eh seria, pois não respeita seus clientes, mesmo que pequenos. Não recomendo, pela péssima experiência que tive.
I hired Edumac to install my alarm system at my residence. The pre-sale and installation were good, but after sales, that is, when you need technical assistance, you are not attended, schedule a visit and do not comply. I regretted a lot in having done business with this company, which in my view it would not be, because it does not respect its customers, even if small. I would not recommend it for the bad experience I had.
