Funcionário preguiçoso e sem respeito ao cliente a empresa particular manda embora, enquanto na empresa pública acham normal e batem palma. Quem te viu no passado como a empresa mais confiável do Brasil hoje se espanta.
Bora privatizar logo essa encrenca de péssimos serviços prestados a população.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente eu tive que comparecer no centro de distribuição 2 vezes no mês de agosto, pq o carteiro não entrega na minha casa por ser o final da rota dele, pois eu moro próximo ao centro de distribuição. Muita má vontade do entregador.
Unfortunately, I had to go to the distribution center twice in August, because the postman doesn't deliver to my house because it's the end of his route, as I live close to the distribution center. Much unwillingness from the delivery man.

Pelas as avaliações aqui fica fácil saber onde está o problema e como resolve-lo!! Brasileiro não aguenta mais a safadeza e incompetência dos funcionários que compõem essa empresinha estatal! How can a purchase from China arrive in Brazil in 5 consecutive days and spend the same 5 days STOP at a distribution center in Santo André? From the evaluations here it is easy to know where the problem is and how to solve it!! Brazilians can't stand the shamelessness and incompetence of the employees that make up this state-owned company anymore! We want privatization and market opening now!! And go to work, you lazybones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De primeira vista não tenho o que falar fui bem atendido, talvez falte um espaço para receber pessoas interessadas em retirar seus produtos pessoalmente, mesmo porque isso evitaria as percas de viagem e até mesmo o transporte dos carteiros inutilmente de produtos que talvez terão que retornar para o depósito, demais não tenho o que questionar
