Terrible. About 20% more expensive than other distributors in the neighborhood, does not accept the gallons back, besides having an unfriendly owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente tentou passar a perna, se aproveitando de uma situação na qual eu não sabia do valor, cobrando 35 reais ao invés de 26 como acordado. Nunca mais peço água do lugar! Desonesto.
Attendant tried to pass the leg, taking advantage of a situation in which I did not know the value, charging 35 reais instead of 26 as agreed. I never order water again! Dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços justos, entrega rápida, porém reforçaria para que as entregas fossem feitas até a porta dos clientes (ainda que não possuam elevador). Isto certamente é um grande diferencial. Tendo isso, super recomendo!
Fair prices, fast delivery, but would reinforce so that deliveries were made to the customers' door (even if they do not have an elevator). This is certainly a big differentiator. Having that, I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA! Passei TRÊS HORAS esperando o galão de água e quando vieram entregar ainda foram pro apto errado e nem se deram ao trabalho de ligar pro número. Ou seja: até agora To sem a minha água.
LAST EXPERIENCE! I spent THREE HOURS waiting for the gallon of water and when they came to deliver they were still to the wrong fit and didn't even bother to call the number. That is: until now I have no water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que liguei a atendente disse 40 minutos para entregar e demorou mais de 1 hora. Bom, quem estava para receber em casa precisou sair e não sei se vieram logo ou demoraram mais. Acho que realmente a primeira impressão é a que fica. Pra mim não muda nada, mas vejo que se estão bem no mercado poderiam estar melhor. Pq o bom atendimento cativa o cliente.
First time I called the clerk said 40 minutes to deliver and it took over 1 hour. Well, those who were to receive at home had to leave and I do not know if they came soon or took longer. I think the first impression is really the one that stays. For me it does not change anything, but I see that if they are well on the market they could be better. Because good service captivates the customer.
