★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer entrevista nesse lugar me arrependi, fiquei das 08:30 da manhã até as 15:30 sendo q só respondi 3 fichas de testes, e escutando papo furado da pessoa do RH Cleia não sabe minimamente como conduzir um processo seletivo, não tem postura nenhuma e empatia com os candidatos.
Sendo que não me deram nenhum retorno do mesmo.
Façam alguma coisa pois isso não é certo, chamar as pessoas pra ficarem o dia olhando pro alto no processo seletivo de vocês.
I went for an interview at this place, I regretted it, I stayed from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm, and I only answered 3 test sheets, and listening to the bullshit of the HR person Cleia doesn't know how to conduct a selection process, she has no attitude none and empathy with the candidates.
So they didn't give me any feedback.
Do something because this is not right, call people to spend the day looking up at your selection process.
