To close a deal they offer services, which do not work. Consultant does not respond to emails and / or messages. They do not provide necessary advice, few empathetic with the student's situation. They do not clarify doubts. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultora me atendeu bem mas explicava tudo muito rápido e não tinha vivência no destino que eu queria. Agência cobra multas se houver mudança nas datas, achei isso péssimo. Consultores das mesas ao lado falavam gritando, não dava nem pra escutar a moça que me atendia.
Consultant served me well but explained everything very quickly and had no experience of the destination I wanted. Agency charges fines if there is a change in dates, I thought that was terrible. Consultants at the tables next to them spoke shouting, I couldn't even hear the girl who attended me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei um intercâmbio com eles, terminei de pagar, porém com a pandemia ele foi adiado. Agora querem me obrigar a embarcar na data que eles querem e caso eu não aceite posso perder meu dinheiro ou ter que pagar mais pra pode embarcar em outra data. Falam isso pelo chat da área do aluno, mas não atendem o telefone, nem do lugar que eu comprei o intercâmbio, nem do suporte ao aluno.
I hired an exchange with them, finished paying, but with the pandemic it was postponed. Now they want to force me to embark on the date they want and if I don't accept it I can lose my money or have to pay more to be able to embark on another date. They say this through the chat in the student area, but they do not answer the phone, nor the place where I bought the exchange, nor the student support.
