Demoram a responder, só ligando pra eles pra receber alguma informação, que eles não têm (referente a um produto que vai ser estocado em breve, e não há data de recebimento). Enfim, a demora de resposta e esses outros fatores são desanimadores o suficiente e repelem a análise da loja física.
I don't know what the service is like in the physical store, but online via Whatsapp is pretty bad. They take a long time to respond, just calling them to receive some information, which they do not have (regarding a product that will be stocked soon, and there is no date of receipt). Anyway, the response delay and these other factors are discouraging enough that they repel physical store analysis.
