De modo geral, é um local harmonioso e bonito, parece que houve um esforço para ter algo diferente em um local que não tem tanta variedade. O local é bem harmonizado e conta com uma decoração buscando o simples, como frases sendo a giz em uma parede escura. Conta com TVs onde é possível colocar música em volume agradável e um espaço que possibilita um tipo de “show ao vivo”.
Por outro lado, a iluminação atrapalha um pouco dependendo das mesas, além de que, por mais que as poltronas sejam confortáveis, é muito longe da mesa, o que faz com que o conforto se torne menor.
Atendimento
O atendimento é via QR Code com cardápio digital, não precisa de garçom para anotar comanda, é prático para quem conhece, porém, não há como saber como pode funcionar com alguém que não é íntimo à tecnologia.
Devo dizer que, reparei a atenção com outros clientes de maneira um pouco desproporcional, conforme necessário. O quanto tinha atenção de um lado, faltou do outro.
Refeições
A qualidade das refeições não foi das melhores, mas também não foi péssimo.
Houve uma falha em um dos pedidos, onde pedimos duas bebidas diferentes, porém veio a mesma coisa nos dois casos, não pedimos para trocar por causa do tempo de espera, porém, a segunda bebida estava sem gosto, era gosto de gelo, pedimos para refazer e mesmo assim continuou igual, só seguimos.
Em relação a comida, os pedidos demoraram muito e não chegou da melhor maneira. A carne do hambúrguer foi pedido ao ponto, chegou bem passada e um pouco dura. O cuscuz estava meio sem gosto, muito molhado, porém deu para comer.
Experiência Geral
O tempo gigante de espera, que resultou em 1h30m de estadia para somente 3 refeições pequenas e, diga-se de passagem, um tanto caros pela qualidade oferecida pelo local, deixa um gosto amargo para uma possível volta.
Porém, o restaurante tenta oferecer uma experiência única para quem mora na região, com um atendimento moderno, o que aumenta a expectativa em relação a refeição. Dentro de minhas expectativas, isso foi o que mais impactou, a desproporcionalidade do local em relação a comida.

Infrastructure
In general, it is a harmonious and beautiful place, it seems that there was an effort to have something different in a place that does not have so much variety. The place is well harmonized and has a decor looking for the simple, with phrases being chalk on a dark wall. It has TVs where you can put music at a pleasant volume and a space that allows a type of "live show".
On the other hand, the lighting interferes a little depending on the tables, in addition to the fact that, as comfortable as the chairs are, it is too far from the table, which makes comfort less.
Service
Service is via QR Code with a digital menu, you don't need a waiter to take down orders, it's practical for those who know, but there's no way of knowing how it can work with someone who isn't familiar with technology.
I have to say, I paid attention to other customers a little disproportionately, as needed. How much attention was on one side, lacked on the other.
Meals
The quality of the meals wasn't the best, but it wasn't terrible either.
There was a failure in one of the orders, where we ordered two different drinks, but the same thing came in both cases, we didn't ask to change it because of the waiting time, however, the second drink was tasteless, it tasted like ice, we asked for redo and still stayed the same, we just followed.
Regarding food, the orders took a long time and didn't arrive in the best way. The meat of the hamburger was ordered to the point, arrived well done and a little tough. The couscous was a little tasteless, very wet, but it was good to eat.
General Experience
The giant waiting time, which resulted in 1h30m of stay for only 3 small meals and, by the way, somewhat expensive due to the quality offered by the place, leaves a bitter taste for a possible return.
However, the restaurant tries to offer a unique experience for those who live in the region, with a modern service, which increases the expectation regarding the meal. Within my expectations, this was what most impacted, the disproportionality of the place in relation to food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência , pedi um sanduíche e veio outro que não tinha nada haver , pedi limoneto e veio outra bebida , pedi batata frita e chegou sem exagero pelo menos 30 minutos depois que eu tinha acabado de comer
My experience, I ordered a sandwich and another came that had nothing to do with it, I ordered limoneto and another drink came, I ordered fries and it arrived without exaggeration at least 30 minutes after I had finished eating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muitíssimo demorado mesmo o local estando vazio. Acentos desconfortáveis e distantes das mesas.
Pedi duas crepiocas, um hambúrguer, um suco, uma vitamina de banana e duas porções de batata.
Depois de 20 minutos vieram informar que não tinham bananas, perguntaram se poderiam trocar a banana por sorvete por conta disso, aceitei e na conta veio a cobrança de um milkshake que não informaram ser 8 reais mais caro.
Meia hora depois enviaram o suco e o milkshake, o suco estava quente mas tudo bem.
Depois disso o pedido só deu sinal de vida depois de mais 30 min, quando uma crepiocas que pedi apareceu.
Cansada de esperar, cancelei o resto do pedido. A experiência foi péssima, sequer um pedido de desculpas recebemos, não recomendo o estabelecimento para ninguém.
Very slow service even though the place is empty. Uncomfortable and distant accents from the tables.
I ordered two crepiocas, a hamburger, a juice, a banana smoothie and two portions of potatoes.
After 20 minutes they came to inform me that they didn't have bananas, they asked if they could exchange the banana for ice cream because of that, I accepted and on the bill came a charge for a milkshake that they didn't say was 8 reais more expensive.
Half an hour later they sent the juice and milkshake, the juice was hot but ok.
After that, the order only showed signs of life after another 30 min, when a crepioca I ordered appeared.
Tired of waiting, I canceled the rest of the order. The experience was terrible, not even an apology received, I do not recommend the establishment to anyone.

Meu pedido foi uma crepioca de frango com queijo derretido, e estava uma delícia, muito bem servido e um excelente preço.
Cardápio muito diverso e todos com ótimos custos.
Excelente atendimento, muito bem localizado e uma excelente estrutura, conta também com música ao vivo.
Ambiente bastante familiar, ótimo para encontro de amigos e realizações de confraternizações.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O El's é um ambiente maravilhoso, super bem planejado, boa música, boa comida e bom atendimento. Acredito que ele é o único em sua região com boa estrutura. Dispõe de Wi-Fi para seus clientes, entrada USB nas mesas, atendimento rápido e todos são muito solícitos. Os preços são relativamente caros em seus hambúrgueres mas a qualidade é superior, sem dúvidas. Existe um sistema de comanda digital que você faz o pedido por celular ou tablet sem a necessidade de um Menú fisico(O meio ambiente agradece) mas que pode complicar um pouco no primeiro contato. As mesas são bem distribuídas e acessível para cadeirantes. A única ressalva que eu faria, é que na questão SOBREMESA deixou muito a desejar, não tinha opção de sobremesa no Domingo. Além disso, eles foram maravilhosos.
El's is a wonderful environment, very well planned, good music, good food and good service. I believe he is the only one in his region with a good structure. It has Wi-Fi for its customers, USB port at the tables, fast service and everyone is very helpful. Prices are relatively expensive on their hamburgers but the quality is undoubtedly superior. There is a digital command system that you can order by cell phone or tablet without the need for a physical menu (the environment is grateful) but it can complicate things a little on the first contact. The tables are well distributed and accessible for wheelchair users. The only caveat I would make is that the DESSERT question left a lot to be desired, there was no option for dessert on Sunday. Plus they were wonderful.
