★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local tem um açaí muito bom servido em copos, tigela ou barca, além de sorvetes e paleta mexicana. Ambiente simples com alguns brinquedos para as crianças. Aos domingos a tarde geralmente é muito cheio pois fica em frente ao Lago dos Patos. Vale a pena experimentar.
Local has a very good acai served in glasses, bowl or barge, in addition to ice cream and Mexican palette. Simple environment with some toys for the kids. On Sundays the afternoon is usually very crowded as it is in front of the Duck Lake. Worth a try.

Nos dias de calor, não tem quem aguente.
O banheiro está em péssimas condições. Pia vazando, falta de limpeza. Um horror!!
Sem falar que não sequer um fraldário. As mamães que precisam trocar seus bebês, se sujeitam a trocarem seus filhos em qualquer lugar. Uma vergonha, ainda mais para um lugar que é muito frequentado por famílias.
The place needs to move forward. It has no pleasant structure, it does not have a fan.
On hot days, there is no one who can take it.
The bathroom is in very bad condition. Leaking sink, lack of cleaning. Horrible!!
Not to mention not even a baby changing table. Moms who need to change their babies, subject themselves to changing their children anywhere. A shame, especially for a place that is very frequented by families.

Em contrapartida, atendentes mal treinadas, não tem a menor empatia com o cliente , atendem como se estivessem fazendo um favor.
Estive no local e ia pedir uma barca como sempre faço, porém está com muita cede e pedi se poderia me servir a água enquanto fazia o pedido..pedi a três pessoaa e nenhuma pode me servir a água antes que eu pagasse por tudo.Extremamente constrangedor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bacana, mas algumas cadeiras passam a impressão de arcaico/abandonado. A massa de sorvete é boa e os acompanhamentos são generosos. Falta uma música ambiente.
Aconteceu um fato desagradável de uma moradora de rua entrar no ambiente e importunar os clientes, inclusive batendo na cabeça de uma criança, os responsáveis do estabelecimento foram bem omissos nessa questão.
Nice place, but some chairs give the impression of archaic/abandoned. The ice cream mass is good and the sides are generous. Ambient music is missing.
There was an unpleasant fact of a homeless person entering the environment and harassing customers, including hitting a child on the head, the responsible of the establishment were quite silent on this issue.

Senti um pouco de falta de zelo quanto aos cuidados na limpeza das mesas.
No período que fiquei no estabelecimento não presenciei, no meu ponto de vista, uma limpeza adequada das mesas que foram sendo desocupadas e nessa época de pandemia isso é preocupante.
Achei também um pouco de falta de simpatia no atendimento, até parecia que estava incomodando a atendente ao fazer meu pedido.
Poderiam melhorar nesses pontos.

In the period that I stayed at the establishment I did not witness, in my view, an adequate cleaning of the tables that were being vacated and in this time of pandemic this is worrying.
I also found a little lack of sympathy in the service, it even seemed like it was bothering the attendant when placing my order.
They could improve on those points.
