A atendente ainda disse que o produto era cromado fosco kkkkkkk cromado em plástico? Onde já viu !! Nunca mais visito nem a loja teria que ter a opção de 0 estrelas
I bought a Dispenser for detergent ad said it was chrome, but it came with a horrible plastic product nothing to do with the ad, I searched on other sites for the same product with a value 3x cheaper … simply horrible. The attendant also said that the product was matte chrome kkkkkkk plastic chrome? Where have you seen it!! I never visit again nor the store would have to have the option of 0 stars

Recebi minha primeira compra, e ao abrir vi que tinha um item quebrado. Mas super entendo, pois é transportado e por mais cuidado que tenha isso pode acontecer. Eu só relatei no zap da Ela Decora e na mesma hora me passou o passo a passo p receber uma outra peça.Disse que não precisava, pois isso pode acontecer. Mas em minutos a vendedora já me deu outra. Já sou uma cliente fiel, pois tudo veio com muito carinho. Desde o site ao receber é notório o cuidado que tem com os clientes... Super indico❤?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto (suporte de papel higienico) e foi entregue outro diverso daquele. Informei. Segui o protocolo de devolução. Foi recebido no destino (loja Ela Decora) em 29/11. Não recebi o meu produto. Pelo watzap informaram que o problema ocorreu na transportadora e que tem que esperar a transportadora dar como produto extraviado. Oras bolas, comprei na loja Ela DECORA, paguei frete e não tive opção de escolha para o frete. Me foi imposto. E quem fica no prejuízo sou eu a consumidora? Absurdo. Descaso. Falta de respeito. Em um dia, estaremos em 2022 e ainda não recebi o produto comprado em novembro de 2021. Embróglio.
