Lamentável. Promete o que está no contrato e não cumpre!

Se você fez um orçamento com ela e depois ela ligou dizendo que se pagar a vista e agora lhe dá um desconto por que é uma promoção, não caia nessa.
Ela recebe seu dinheiro e não cumpre o que está no contrato. Não paga os fornecedores dela. Precisei ficar no pé dela pra tudo. E no dia ainda passei muita raiva. Ela não deu apoio durante a festa. O buffet foi pouco, os garçons super ignorantes. Várias lâmpadas queimadas no salão. Ar condicionado não gelava. Se fechou o contrato com ela, cancele. Por que nenhuma multa que vc vir a pagar é maior do que o estresse que vc passará até o dia da festa e no dia da festa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero aqui tornar pública minha insatisfação com os serviços prestados pela empresa Elciana eventos.
O meu evento foi colocado em segundo plano, pois após inúmeras tentativas de contato combinamos o dia 17 às 19:30 para acertar os últimos detalhes do casamento marcado para o dia 21, e chegando ao local com 15 min de antecedência recebemos mensagem da Elciana Leite avisando da impossibilidade de sermos atendidos porque ela iria ao supermercado comprar suprimentos para outro evento.
Ao chegar no local da cerimônia percebi que itens da decoração contratada estavam faltando, tais como genuflexorio, cadeiras para os noivos e 2 arranjos de flores. Ao entrar em contato recebemos como resposta que levariam os itens, os quais chegaram, exceto os arranjos, 30 min após o horário de início da cerimônia, deixando a noiva plantada no hotel.
Já no local da festa, recebemos o local com o piso sujo e banheiro fetido; a mesa dos familiares que deveria ser para 20 pessoas cabia apenas 10; faltou ainda o painel com a foto do casal que foi encontrado pela nossa cerimonialista amassado em uma das salas do local.
Em resposta a nossas reclamações feitas à senhora Elciana Leite, recebemos apenas uma mensagem dizendo que "tudo foi feito com amor".
Penso que se fosse feito com competência e seriedade o resultado seria pelo menos satisfatório.
I want to make public here my dissatisfaction with the services provided by the company Elciana eventos.
My event was put on the back burner because after numerous contact attempts we arranged the 17th at 19:30 to settle the last details of the wedding scheduled for the 21st, and arriving at the venue 15 min in advance we received message from Elciana Leite warning of the impossibility of being served because she would go to the supermarket to buy supplies for another event.
Upon arriving at the ceremony site I noticed that contracted decoration items were missing, such as kneeling, chairs for the bride and 2 flower arrangements. Upon contacting we received in response that they would take the items, which arrived, except the arrangements, 30 min after the ceremony start time, leaving the bride planted in the hotel.
Already at the party venue, we received the venue with the dirty floor and fetid bathroom; the family table that was supposed to be for 20 people only fit 10; The panel with the photo of the couple that was found by our crumpled ceremonialist in one of the rooms of the place was also missing.
In response to our complaints to Mrs. Elciana Leite, we received only a message saying that "everything was done with love".
I think that if done competently and seriously, the result would be at least satisfactory.
