★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daria 0 se fosse possível, mas a avaliação pede pelo menos uma estrela. Trabalho em oficina de concessionária e nunca vi um atendimento tão ruim, aliás, péssimo. Não dá um posicionamento para o cliente, quando liga ninguém sabe passar a situação do veículo.. Vocês são péssimos!
I would give it 0 if it were possible, but the review asks for at least one star. I work in a dealership workshop and I have never seen such bad service, in fact, terrible. It doesn't give the customer a position, when they call, nobody knows how to tell the vehicle's situation.. You guys are terrible!

Não existe um controle de qualidade para entrega dos veículos, o cliente é quem tem que correr atrás e ainda ouvir certos comentários desagradáveis, como se fossemos obrigados a aceitar o trabalho de péssima qualidade que eles executam. Proprietário sem educação e com nenhuma boa vontade em atender, local parece abandonado e sujo. Seria importante as seguradoras analisarem os serviços prestados por essa oficina. NÃO LEVE SEU CARRO PARA ESSA OFICINA, SEJA ELE SEGURADO OU NÃO. Serviço de péssima qualidade, parece mais um serviço daquelas oficinas chamadas de fundo de quintal, pode ter CERTEZA de que terá muito stress. Valorize seu carro e o seu dinheiro. Nessa oficina NUNCA MAIS!!
