Meu aspirador de pĂł Eletrolux estava desligando apĂłs alguns minutos de uso.
Anteontem (2a feira), levei-o na assistĂȘncia tĂ©cnica Electrotec, na Av do Contorno 7448 entre as Ruas Curitiba e Santa Catarina, no Bairro de Lourdes. A atendente Junia (ou proprietĂĄria, nĂŁo sei dizer) me ligou hoje (4a feira) para me passar o seguinte orçamento: troca do filtro EPA (que estĂĄ saindo de linha) e do âtermostatoâ (que, segundo ela, faz o aparelho desligar quando hĂĄ superaquecimento) por R$ 280,00. Achei o valor muito alto e ela me ofereceu um âdifusorâ, usado nas novas versĂ”es do aspirador, para ser instalado no lugar do filtro EPA e que faria o preço do serviço cair para R$ 260,00. E, caso eu contratasse o serviço, ela me entregaria o aparelho em 2 semanas. Perguntei sobre o valor do pacote com 3 sacos para armazenamento de pĂł: R$ 45,00.
Valor total dos serviços com o âtermostatoâ, o âdifusorâ e os 3 sacos: R$ 305,00.
O valor de um aspirador novo e equivalente Ă© em torno de R$ 200,00.
Levei o aparelho a outra assistĂȘncia tĂ©cnica. O tĂ©cnico me confirmou a saĂda de linha do filtro EPA e me ofereceu a alternativa de colocar uma tela, que a prĂłpria Eletrolux estĂĄ fabricando, pelo valor de R$ 15,00. Perguntei sobre o âtermostatoâ e ele me informou que esse aspirador de pĂł ânĂŁo apresenta essa peça em seu projetoâ. E, caso eu autorizasse, ele poderia instalar a tela naquela hora, sem necessidade de deixar o aparelho na loja. Perguntei sobre o valor do pacote com 3 sacos para armazenamento de pĂł: R$ 35,00.
Valor total dos serviços com a tela e os 3 sacos: R$ 50,00.
Parece ficção, mas é realidade...

And if I authorized it, he could install the screen at that time, without having to leave the device in the store. I asked about the value of the package with 3 bags for powder storage: R $ 35.00.
