★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento presencial só pra te fazer ficar na fila, finalmente quando chega sua vez, te colocam em um telefone pra falar, era melhor ter opção para fazer isso de cada, quem for melhor ir preparado pra demora
Face-to-face service just to make you stand in line, finally when your turn comes, they put you on a phone to talk, it would be better to have the option to do that for each, whoever is better to go prepared for the delay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive pessoalmente por três vezes na loja da Elektro de Tatuí e fiz mais de 20 ligações para a central em Campinas pra tentar resolver uma solicitação que fiz e que se arrasta desde o dia 10 de dezembro do ano passado e nem assim consigo que resolvam... Nas três vezes demorou mais de 40 minutos até ser atendido e ninguém resolve nada. A única coisa que funciona é o sistema de emissão e envio das contas de energia, o resto é abaixo da linha do sofrível.
I was personally three times at the Elektro store in Tatuí and made more than 20 calls to the central in Campinas to try to resolve a request I made and that has been going on since December 10th of last year and I still can't get them to resolve it.. On the three occasions, it took more than 40 minutes to be seen and nobody did anything. The only thing that works is the system for issuing and sending energy bills, the rest is below the line of the bearable.
