★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito bom para realizar eventos de formatura. Houve um show de abertura excepcional e toda a formatura foi linda, com um buffet maravilhoso. Só não gostei do som extremamente alto (para o tamanho do espaço), se tornando desproporcional e desconfortável.
 Very good place to hold graduation events. There was an exceptional opening show and the entire prom was beautiful, with a wonderful buffet. I just didn't like the extremely loud sound (for the size of the space), making it disproportionate and uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! Gostaria de deixar relatado o descaso dessa empresa com o consumidor, realizei minhas fotos no dia 19/04/2021 e ATÉ HOJE 06/03/2022 não recebi o meu álbum. Já solicitei em todos os canais possíveis e ninguém resolve e nem sequer responde o meu e-mail, piorou, retorno de telefone kkkk. O mesmo sacrifício foi para marcar a data (não tinha disponível nenhuma vaga próxima, mas, só falar com o dono que apareceu vaga no mesmo instante) e ser enviado as fotos nos formatos digitais (só recebi em julho com muito sacrifício e mais uma vez somente com o dono). Para comprar é tudo muito rápido e prático, para cumprir o serviço é uma LUTA. O único elogio que tenho a fazer são aos fotógrafos que são gente boa e te deixam a vontade na hr das fotos, de resto, estou muito insatisfeita com essa empresa, pois, um momento tão especial se tornou um grande pesadelo, me sinto uma grande palhaça. Se tenho um conselho a dar a quem deseja ter esse momento especial registrado, exibir em suas colações de grau ou não desejam ter dor de cabeça, PROCUREM OUTRA EMPRESA NA QUAL LHE TRATEM COM PROFISSIONALISMO E RESPEITO COM SEU DINHEIRO.
Good afternoon! I would like to report the neglect of this company with the consumer, I took my photos on 04/19/2021 and UNTIL TODAY 03/06/2022 I have not received my album. I've already requested in all possible channels and no one solves and doesn't even answer my email, it got worse, phone return kkkk. The same sacrifice was to set the date (no vacancy was available nearby, but just talk to the owner who showed up at the same time) and send the photos in digital formats (I only received it in July with a lot of sacrifice and once again only with the owner). To buy is all very fast and practical, to fulfill the service is a FIGHT. The only compliment I have to do is for the photographers who are good people and make you feel at ease in the hr of the photos, otherwise, I am very dissatisfied with this company, because such a special moment has become a great nightmare, I feel a great clown. If I have a piece of advice to give to those who want to have that special moment recorded, show it off in their graduation ceremony or don't want to have a headache, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY IN WHICH THEY TREAT YOU WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT FOR YOUR MONEY.
