★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço MUITO RUIM, tudo muito demorado até mesmo para pegar um medicamento. Falar ao telefone ou por WhatsApp é uma tarefa quase impossível, pois é sempre ocupado ou ninguém responde. Quando se vai à loja, dá para perceber que o telefone toca constantemente e ninguém se dá ao trabalho de atender. Atendimento na loja também MUITO RUIM.
VERY BAD service, all taking too long even to get a medicine. Talking on the phone or via WhatsApp is an almost impossible task, as it is always busy or no one responds. When you go to the store, you can see that the phone rings constantly and nobody takes the trouble to answer it. In-store service is also VERY BAD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem a mínima credibilidade. O atendimento é pessimo, chegando a demorar mais de um dia para conseguir fechar um pedido. Telefone fixo não atendem, o do whatsapp é superdemorado e o direct do instagram é inútil. Infelizmente não passam confiança chegando a gerar receio acerca da qualidade dos próprios insumos que utilizam.
It has no credibility whatsoever. The service is terrible, it takes more than a day to close an order. Fixed phones do not answer, whatsapp is super old and instagram direct is useless. Unfortunately, they do not pass confidence, generating fear about the quality of the inputs they use.

Quem me indicou foi minha Nutricionista por reconhecer o belíssimo trabalho que a Elementus realiza. Tem um estacionamento para carros e motos; senti falta de um estacionamento para bicicletas. Os funcionários me atendeu super bem; desejo que continuem assim.
Elementus Handling Pharmacy is a good pharmacy for buying quality products at affordable prices. I was referred by my Nutritionist for recognizing the beautiful work that Elementus does. It has a parking for cars and motorbikes; I missed a bike parking lot. The staff attended me super well; I wish you to continue like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da farmácia mas já é a segunda vez que compro algo recebo a mensagem pra ir buscar e quando chego lá dizem que o pedido não foi feito e ainda por cima dizem que a culpa é minha por não finalizar o pedido... acho estranho porque sempre faço a compra completa e sempre recebi a mensagem para ir buscar o produto.... já que o sistema é falho podiam ao menos nos ensinar a contornar o problema... mas não fazem apenas dizem que o erro foi nosso e que vão refazer o pedido como urgência e o cliente que fique no prejuízo.
I like the pharmacy but it's the second time I buy something I get the message to get it and when I get there they say the order wasn't placed and on top of that they say it's my fault for not finalizing the order... I think it's weird because I always make the complete purchase and always get the message to pick up the product.... since the system is flawed, they could at least teach us to work around the problem... but they don't just say that the error was ours and that they will reorder the order as urgent and the customer is at a loss.
