Primeiro você que corre atrás de alguém pra te atender, mesmo com aquele tanto de vendedor. O conhecimento técnico é fraco, não tem capacidade de te fornecer explicação a um cliente leigo.
Trocas? Onde se viu que você só pode trocar com quem comprou e você ter que ir apenas no horário que o vendedor tiver lá. A nota é clara, trocas seg a sexta, não cita horário ou pessoa específica. Sem contar a sonegação em relação a nota de crédito. Não quiseram disponibilizar, apenas assinaram com caneta, informalmente.
