Cheguei na empresa no horário marcado e me falaram que o rapaz com quem fiz o agendamento tinha viajado e que no momento não teria ninguém e nem carro disponível para me atender.
The company and employees are not committed to customers. On 10/08/21 I scheduled an appointment for 17:00 hours. I arrived at the company at the scheduled time and they told me that the guy I made the appointment with had traveled and that at the moment there would be no one and no car available to meet me.
