Meu carro entrou para polir os Faróis, o polimento foi extremamente mal feito (Qualificação Profissional ZERO). Lixaram os para-choques e a lataria. Meu carro foi arranhado com as lixas. Durante a troca de lâmpadas dos faróis e regulagem dos mesmos, o farol foi QUEBRADO na minha frente! Perdendo regulagem interna e externa. Mesmo sabendo que o problema foi causado na “EP SOM, OFICINA DO PELÉ”. O mesmo(PELÉ) foi omisso e se negou a reparar os danos causados por ele. O preço cobrado foi exorbitante.
NÃO RECOMENDO. Serviço PORCO!

My car came in to polish the headlights, the polishing was extremely poorly done (Professional Qualification ZERO). They sanded the bumpers and the bodywork. My car was scratched with the sandpaper. During the changing of headlight bulbs and their adjustment, the headlight was BROKEN in front of me! Losing internal and external regulation. Even knowing that the problem was caused by the “EP SOM, OFICINA DO PELÉ”. The same (PELÉ) was omitted and refused to repair the damage caused by him. The price charged was exorbitant.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. PIG Service!

- Preço exorbitante. O que não seria um problema caso o problema tivesse sido resolvido.
- Proprietário petulante. Na volta pra casa o carro apresentou o mesmo problema. Porém só tive tempo de entrar em contato com a oficina mais de 1 mês depois. Quando liguei, me transferiram para o dono. Que insistiu dizendo que o problema era algo irrelevante.
Isso, junto ao atendimento mediano, preço alto e incapacidade em resolver o problema. Faz com que não sinta confiança em voltar em tal estabelecimento e muito menos indicá-lo.
Volto a dizer... Essa é a minha opinião com base em uma único atendimento

- Petulant owner. On the way home, the car had the same problem. However, I only had time to contact the workshop more than 1 month later. When I called, they transferred me to the owner. Who insisted that the problem was something irrelevant.
This, along with the average service, high price and inability to solve the problem. It makes you not feel confident in returning to such an establishment, let alone recommending it.
