★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localizei o contato através do maps e realizei a contratação do serviço para solucionar um problema com morcegos no meu telhado, para isto, ele recomendou a colocação de manta asfáltica, ele cobrou pelo serviço um preço bem salgado, mas como estava desesperada para resolver o problema aceitei a contratação, mas deixei bem claro que só estava contratando acreditando que ele iria resolver de vez a situação, pois já tinha tido muitos gastos com outras tentativas frustadas, e também porque estava bem avaliado aqui no Maps. Alinhamos que ele medisse e comprasse a metragem necessária da manta e instalasse, no momento da instalação sobrou uma boa parte da manta, a qual tem valor significativo no metro, mas o pior foi que o problema não foi resolvido, e eu o chamei por diversas vezes para voltar para verificar e reparar e sempre respondia que voltaria e nunca retornou e nem deu satisfação. Não recomendo a contratação, serviço nada profissional.

Minha avaliação não foi uma tentativa de denegrir a imagem da empresa, e sim de exercer meu direito como consumidora, visto que, a contrataçao do serviço foi bem clara desde o início e o mesmo não foi devidamente executado, e eu não disse em nenhum momento que levaram a sobra da manta, pois isto sim, seria uma injuria. Independente da quantidade de tentativas para solicitar a reparação do serviço, uma somente é suficiente para uma empresa que sela por seu nome e marca já buscar de todas as formas deixar o seu cliente satisfeito, o que não ocorreu em nenhum momento, considerando que o primeiro contato foi realizado em novembro/20, e neste você disse que retornaria, mas nunca em momento algum voltou a entrar em contato.
