Total descaso.
Estragaram um ar de 18 mil btus na instalação.
Demoram dias para dar assistência deixando a loja sem condições de atendermos clientes.
Depois do ar dar problema umas 5 vezes eles nao foram mais.
Compramos outro ar e chamamos outra empresa para instalar.
O dono nao atende telefone.
Nao responde mensagens.
Bad experience.
Total neglect.
They spoiled an air of 18 thousand btus in the installation.
It takes days to provide assistance leaving the store unable to serve customers.
After the air gave a problem like 5 times they didn't go anymore.
We bought another air and called another company to install it.
The owner doesn't answer the phone.
Does not respond to messages.
