Fui passar meu cartão deu não autorizado, mas entrei no aplicativo do banco e mostrei que tinha saldo para compra do produto. Não quis nem me olhar e me tratou com maior indiferença como se quisesse comprar algo, mas não tinha dinheiro. Sem o menor trato profissional. Mal educada. Fui em outra loja nada de errado com meu cartão. O meu constrangimento foi grande e jamais saio de casa para comprar algo sem consultar meu saldo.
