★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tradicional reparador de alto falantes de BHE. Presta um bom serviço, está bem localizado no centro de BH, no entanto são dois pontos que necessitam a aprimorar: Não aceitar cartões (nem de debito) para serviços de reparos, e o outro ponto foi achei os preços um pouco acima da média.
Traditional BHE speaker repairer. It provides a good service, is well located in the center of BH, however there are two points that need to be improved: Do not accept cards (or debit) for repair services, and the other point was I found the prices a little above average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um alto falante para reparo nessa loja, fui atendido pela atendente Samara que me tratou super mal , sem simpatia nenhuma, e com uma cara muito ruim. Depois fui buscar o equipamento na loja,no dia combinado com o técnico Eduardo,porem não estava pronto,fizeram os últimos reparos comigo lá esperando. Sobre a qualidade do reparo foi boa, mais deveriam ter mais respeito com cliente.
I took a loudspeaker for repair at this store, I was attended by the attendant Samara who treated me super badly, without any sympathy, and with a very bad face. Then I went to get the equipment from the store, on the day agreed with the coach Eduardo, but it was not ready, they made the last repairs with me there waiting. Regarding the quality of the repair was good, more should have more respect with customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito no atendimento! Nota zero pra o atendimento do Sr. Wanderley.... Cara muito "frio" ruim de negócio... interesse nenhum em um bom atendimento ao público! Muita má vontade com clientes!
Passou da hora de aprender a valorizar a clientela!
Em relação à quantidade do serviço prestado os caras são referência no serviço prestado, só falta tratar as pessoas com mais cuidado e gentileza! ;)
To get bad, you have to improve a lot in the service! Score zero for Mr. Wanderley's service.... Very "cold" guy, bad business... no interest in a good service to the public! A lot of ill will with customers!
It's past time to learn to value the clientele!
Regarding the amount of service provided, the guys are a reference in the service provided, all that's left is to treat people with more care and kindness! ;)
