 A seller treated me very badly just because I commented that the product I was going to buy was cheaper on the mateus website than at the store, so I very politely chose another seller, boring situation, even so I bought the product.

Comprei 01 secador de cabelo, disse q n queria seguro p garantia estendida e na hora de pagar, depois de esperar mt mas mt tempo, apresentaram um contrato de seguro. Disse q n queria novamente e me informaram que eu teria q voltar a falar com vendedor. Pela demora e p não me incomodar mais, paguei e fui embora. Isso não se faz!
I did not like the delay in service and for having married sales. I bought 01 hair dryer, said I didn't want insurance for an extended warranty and when it was time to pay, after waiting a long time, they presented an insurance contract. I said I didn't want it again and they informed me that I would have to go back and speak to the seller. For the delay and p not bother me anymore, I paid and left. That is wrong!
