 Bad store. I bought a table and it took a week to deliver and it's been 8 days after delivery and they never came to assemble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O boleto deveria ir pro e-mail do cliente, assim não perderia tempo em duas filas, infelizmente o programa da loja estar muito atrasado. no paz que vivemos não deveria ser tão atrasado assim, isso me faz desistir de comprar meu moveis, prefiro pagar um pouco mas caro no concorrente que me estressar. sem falar no horários deveria ficar aberto pelo menus ate 20horas
The ticket should go to the customer's e-mail, so it wouldn't waste time in two lines, unfortunately the store program is very late. in the peace we live in, it shouldn't be that late, it makes me give up buying my furniture, I prefer to pay a little but dearly to the competitor than to stress me out. not to mention the schedule should be open through menus until 8pm

Need to improve customer service, not all but some employees seem to work grudgingly... Nice place and well air conditioned.
