A geladeira quebrou com três meses e o eletro mateus agora informa que não garantia da loja. Uma loja seria não procede dessa forma eu acredito, vende um produto junto com garantia estendida e depois se nega a resolver os problemas dos seus produtos comercializados.
I bought a Consul refrigerator in June 2021. Electro mateus made us buy an extended warranty. The refrigerator broke after three months and the electro mateus now informs that it does not guarantee the store. A serious store doesn't do that, I believe, it sells a product along with an extended warranty and then refuses to solve the problems of its marketed products.
