Levei um celular para arrumar o mesmo saiu do mesmo jeito que entrou.
Voltei na loja me disseram que não dão garantia dos serviços realizados na loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja, comprei um fone p2 de 40 reais para jogos, o mesmo estava com o áudio do microfone abafado, fui na loja, falaram que estava normal, testei na frente deles e estava horrível, parecia que piorou do dia para a noite, não aceitaram o produto de volta pois para "eles estava normal" trocaram o produto e está com o mesmo defeito, não recomendo, não comprem nesta loja, atendimento horrível e descaso com o cliente, tive que aceitar o produto com o defeito pois falaram que o problema poderia ser no meu celular, o mesmo foi testado em loja oficial Xiaomi, tenho um Redmi Note 9 S 2020.
Simplesmente indignado com o atendimento, e ainda olharam como se eu fosse louco.
Observação: (eles estavam com um iPhone XR o mesmo tem software de aprimoramento de áudio, fizeram ligação em chamada)
Bad store, I bought a 40 reais p2 headset for games, it had muted microphone audio, I went to the store, they said it was normal, I tested it in front of them and it was horrible, it seemed like it got worse overnight, no they accepted the product back because for "they were normal" they exchanged the product and it has the same defect, I do not recommend it, do not buy in this store, horrible service and disregard for the customer, I had to accept the product with the defect because they said the problem could be on my cell phone, it was tested in Xiaomi official store, I have a Redmi Note 9 S 2020.
Simply outraged at the attendance, and even looked like I was crazy.
Note: (they had an iPhone XR it has audio enhancement software, they made a call)
