★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu desafio qualquer empresa a ser pior que a equatorial! Péssimo atendimento, não cumprem com prazo e vivem perdendo protocolos!! Se tivesse um ranking das piores empresas, EQUATORIAL ALAGOAS seria campeã!!!
I challenge any company to be worse than the equatorial one! Bad service, they don't meet the deadline and keep losing protocols!! If it had a ranking of the worst companies, EQUATORIAL ALAGOAS would be champion!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equatorial é especialista em incompetência e oferta ruim de serviços. Em 2022, conseguiu ficar ainda pior. Começo de Março abri um chamado devido às oscilações e quedas frequentes de energia na rua que moro, e a equipe só apareceu após 2 semanas. Hoje (25/03) todo o conjunto que resido ficou sem energia por cerca de 09h devido a uma “manutenção da rede” que sequer foi informada aos moradores!
Nas propagandas a cidade tá uma maravilha. Mas a realidade é bem diferente.
Equatorial specializes in incompetence and poor service delivery. In 2022, it managed to get even worse. Beginning of March, I opened a call due to frequent power outages and fluctuations on the street where I live, and the team only showed up after 2 weeks. Today (25/03) the whole complex that I live in was without power for about 09h due to a “maintenance of the network” that was not even informed to the residents!
In the advertisements the city is a wonder. But the reality is quite different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parabéns pra quem apoiou a privatização do serviço de fornecimento de energia elétrica por aqui... Não era perfeito antes, mas foi piorando, piorando... Anos depois e a realidade aqui em casa e em casas de pessoas que conheço em diferentes bairros de Maceió é a de quedas de energia constantes, eventuais faltas de energia que duram horas ou até dia inteiro, atendimento péssimo... Nos últimos meses a energia cai aqui em casa pelo menos três vezes todo santo dia. Já perdi etapas de trabalhos no computador várias vezes mesmo tendo adquirido o hábito de apertar o Ctrl+S de instante em instante por saber que a energia pode cair a qualquer momento. Isso sem falar do risco de queima aos eletrodomésticos.
Congratulations to those who supported the privatization of the electricity supply service around here... It wasn't perfect before, but it got worse, worse... Years later and the reality here at home and in the homes of people I know in different neighborhoods of Maceió is one of constant power outages, occasional power outages that last for hours or even the whole day, terrible service... In the last few months, the power goes out here at home at least three times every single day. I've lost stages of work on the computer several times even though I've gotten into the habit of pressing Ctrl+S from moment to moment because I know that the power can go out at any moment. Not to mention the risk of burning to appliances.
