Rapidamente ele ja falou qual era o problema (motor de arranque) e fez questão de explicar o que seria realizado. Outros funcionários tbm foram mt atenciosos e educados como Carlos e Mateus que levaram/buscaram em casa e Ronaldo que concluiu meu atendimento.
Great service and care. My City was failing the match. I went to Eletrocar and had a great first service with Milton. Quickly he already told what the problem was (starter motor) and made a point of explaining what would be done. Other employees were also very attentive and polite like Carlos and Mateus who took/fetched me at home and Ronaldo who completed my service.
