Recentemente levei um ventilador para conserto, porém, o Sr. que atende no balcão recebeu esse equipamento e mesmo sem apresentar o defeito na hora (barulho no eixo - intermitente), este já condenou as buchas e o eixo.
Todo técnico sabe, que mesmo achando qual o defeito, primeiro deve-se desmontar, pra daí diagnosticar e repassar o orçamento para o cliente. Cobre pela desmontagem (caso eu não autorize o serviço final, essa parte já será paga!), mas não cobre conjunto de peças, sem saber da real necessidade!
I've done several services for years, including already indicating their services very well.
Recently I took a ventilator for repair, however, the Mr. who attends at the counter received this equipment and even without showing the defect at the time (noise on the axle - intermittent), it has already condemned the bushings and the axle.
Every technician knows that even finding the defect, you must first dismantle it, then diagnose and pass the budget on to the customer. It covers for disassembly (if I do not authorize the final service, that part will already be paid!), But it does not cover a set of parts, without knowing the real need!
