★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um nobreak de 3kva que me custou mais de R$ 6.000,00 para uma revisão, de imediato foi diagnosticado como "não compensa consertar" sem nenhum teste prévio. Por ter experiência em eletrônica questionei o diagnóstico "no olho" do proprietário da empresa e o mesmo com ironia perguntou pq eu mesmo não fazia o serviço. Também não quiseram nem olhar outros dois nobreaks da APC pequenos informando que são ultrapassados, porém eles vendem esses mesmos nobreaks "ultrapassados" na loja como seminovos. Levei em uma assistencia profissional e o nobreak que não compensava consertar estava simplesmente com um fio partido. E não precisei investir mais de 6 mil reais em um equipamento novo como queria o senhorzinho proprietário da Eletroeletrônica.
I took a 3kva nobreak that cost me more than $ 6,000 for a review, I was immediately diagnosed as "not worth repairing" without any prior testing. For having experience in electronics I questioned the diagnosis "in the eye" of the owner of the company and the same with irony asked because I myself did not do the service. They also did not want to look at two other small APC nobreaks stating that they are outdated, but they sell those same "outdated" nobreaks in the store as new. I took it to a professional assistance and the no-break that I could not fix was simply a broken wire. And I did not have to invest more than 6 thousand reais in a new equipment like the little owner of Electronics.
