Entrei em contato com o Jonas às 23 horas, e ele me atendeu por telefone, me orientou da melhor maneira possível, me acalmou e se comprometeu de estar na minha casa no dia seguinte às 8 da manhã. Na manhã seguinte, ele estava pontualmente no local, veio ao meu apartamento, fez a avaliação correta do caso, fez os reparos necessários, e deixou a minha casa em segurança. Eu só tenho a agradecer a competência, profissionalismo e bom atendimento do Jonas e da empresa. Super recomendo.
I had an emergency with the refrigerator in my rented apartment which is old and it started to defrost on top of exposed wiring. I was super worried about the risk of a short circuit. I contacted Jonas at 11 pm, and he answered by phone, guided me in the best possible way, calmed me down and promised to be at my house the next day at 8 am. The next morning, he was punctually at the scene, came to my apartment, made the correct assessment of the case, made the necessary repairs, and left my house safely. I just have to thank the competence, professionalism and good service of Jonas and the company. I highly recommend.
