★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei a tv para fazer um orçamento o mesmo nem abriu a tv para verificar o problema da tv e informou que não ia abrir a tv pois eu não informei que a tv não ligava, isso depois de quatro dias a tv entregue a assistência, e ainda disse que não ia verificar o defeito da tv porque a tv tinha vindo da autorizada e possivelmente a autorizada tinha trocado a tela, achei um absurdo um assistência agir desta maneira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horroroso! Levei a TV numa segunda-feira e informaram que o orçamento era feito na hora. Aguardei uns 30 minutos e vieram com a informação que possivelmente era um problema na placa fonte, mas precisavam que a placa chegasse pra verificar se tinha mais alguma coisa com defeito, então ficaram de me passar o orçamento no dia seguinte. Esperei até quarta e não entraram em contato, tentei contato via whatsapp e não responderam, depois de algumas tentativas de ligação, finalmente me atenderam e disseram que era a placa principal (não era a placa fonte?), mas iam me passar o orçamento até sexta,. Esperei o dia todo e nada, finalmente na sexta às 17:30 fui retirar minha TV para colocar em alguma assistência melhor. Ainda entregaram a mesma toda suja com algum tipo de massa e a tela toda manchada e grudada. Péssimo serviço! (PS: em resposta o proprietário informou que me passou o orçamento, mas é mentira! Em nenhum momento foi passado nenhum orçamento!)
Horrible service! I took the TV on a Monday and they informed me that the budget was made on time. I waited about 30 minutes and they came with the information that it was possibly a problem with the source board, but they needed the board to arrive to check if there was anything else defective, so they were able to give me the budget the next day. I waited until Wednesday and they didn't get in touch, I tried to contact via whatsapp and they didn't respond, after a few attempts to call, they finally answered and said it was the main board (wasn't it the source board?), but they would give me the budget until Friday,. I waited all day and nothing, finally on Friday at 5:30pm I went to pull out my TV to put in some better assistance. They even delivered it all dirty with some kind of putty and the canvas all stained and stuck together. Terrible service! (PS: in response, the owner informed me that he gave me the budget, but that's a lie! No budget was given at any time!)
