★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mal atendimento, tratei por whatsapp e ligação, foi até ríspido comigo, não colocou a placa especifica da minha tv, adaptou a placa de outro modelo. minha tv voltou sem funcionar o usb, está as vezes muda e fica reiniciando. Sem falar no tempo do serviço que foi 22 dias. Descidi nem retornar com a tv na loja (mesmo estando na garantia de 90 dias) pra não ter que lhe dar com o mal atendimento novamente.
poor service, I dealt with it by whatsapp and call, he was even harsh with me, he didn't put the specific plate on my TV, he adapted the plate from another model. my tv came back without working the usb, it is sometimes changed and keeps restarting. Not to mention the service time that was 22 days. I went down or return with the tv in the store (even being under the 90-day warranty) so I don't have to deal with the poor service again.
