★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uma loja ampla mas porem tive na loja assim que a loja estva abrindo os funcionários entrou tudo la pra dentro me deixou dentro da loja sozinho e quando vieram me atender fui muito mal atendido a realidade de hj e que as empresa nao dao mais valores aos clientes.nunca mais volto la pq a primeira impressao que tive foi pessima
It was a large store but I had it in the store as soon as the store was opening the employees went all the way inside they left me inside the store alone and when they came to assist me I was very poorly attended to today's reality and that companies no longer value customers .I'll never go back there because the first impression I had was terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nao atende telefone nem respondem mensagem via zap. foram 42 ligações somente dia 19/4 e mais de 50 no dia de hoje. nem sem porque colocam estas vias de comunicação com o cliente.
They don't answer the phone or respond to messages via zap. there were 42 calls only on 4/19 and more than 50 today. nor without why they put these channels of communication with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não é séria. Comprei um adaptador HDMI mas infelizmente não cumpriu o seu papel. Fui para devolver e pegar o meu $$ de volta. Mesmo estando dentro dos 7 dias, dono criou caso. Só depois de muita explicação aceitou a devolução do $.
Company is not serious. I bought an HDMI adapter but unfortunately it didn't do its job. I went to return it and get my $$ back. Even though it was within 7 days, owner created a case. Only after much explanation did he accept the return of the $.
