Liguei pro telefone principal e ao atenderem sem nem mesmo dar bom dia, me fizeram a seguinte pergunta: é pessoa física ou jurídica? (Acho desnecessário já que estou procurando informações sobre produtos, mas enfim...) Respondi que era pessoa física me mandou de forma bem grossa e nada educada anotar um outro telefone para aí sim eu ter o devido atendimento e logo em seguida após o meu agradecimento, desligou na minha cara batendo o telefone sem nem dar satisfação. Achei uma enorme falta de respeito e profissionalismo, sem falar que o outro número só dá ocupado e por isso a empresa perdeu mais um cliente graças aos funcionários mal educados e é relaxados.
 I gave it a star just to comment on how bad the service is.
I called the main phone and when they answered without even saying good morning, they asked me the following question: are you an individual or a company? (I think it is unnecessary since I am looking for information about products, but anyway ...) I replied that I was a natural person and sent me in a very thick and uneducated manner to write down another phone so that I could have the proper service and right after my call. thanks, hung up on me hitting the phone without even giving satisfaction. I found a huge lack of respect and professionalism, not to mention that the other number is only busy and that is why the company lost another customer thanks to the rude and relaxed employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Vendedores indicam loja concorrente por preguiça de orientar o consumidor. Pago mais barato e sou melhor atendido em outras lojas da região. Não retorno ao local nunca mais. Não recomendo.
Terrible attendance. Sellers indicate a competitor store because they are too lazy to guide the consumer. I pay cheaper and get better service at other stores in the region. I will not return to the place ever again. I do not recommend.

- Terrible service, salespeople treat their customers with extreme rudeness, you even feel bad.. it looks like they are doing us a favor by serving us.. obs. I only gave one star because google won't let you post without it..
