★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade o nome da empresa era pra ser DEMORAMIL, fazendo alusão ao tempo perdido para conferência e retirada dos materiais.
Infelizmente não podemos separar nossa mercadoria.
Muitos funcionários batendo cabeça na expedição, usando redes sociais e ninguém proativo pra agilizar a entrega.
 In fact, the company name was supposed to be DEMORAMIL, alluding to the time lost for checking and removing materials.
Unfortunately we cannot separate our merchandise.
Lots of employees banging their heads on the expedition, using social media and no one proactive to speed up the delivery.

Mais infelismente mandaram material errado, diferente do pedido, dedusiram por conta propria enviar material de marca diferente, de cor diferente. Nao ligaram pro cliente pra tirar alguma duvida sobre o o material. Se recusaram a voltar na casa do cliente pra trocar o material diferente do pedido, foram grosseiro com meu cliente. Sendo assim, nao recomendo essa loja pra mais cluente meu. Péssimo atendimento!
I am an electrician and I indicated this company to supply our material. But unfortunately they sent wrong material, different from the order, they deducted at their own expense to send material of a different brand, in a different color. They didn't call the customer to ask any questions about the material. They refused to go back to the customer's house to exchange the different material from the order, they were rude to my customer. Therefore, I do not recommend this store to the most clueless of mine. Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei solicitar um orçamento para troca de fiação e cabos do condomínio que administro e o vendedor Bruno deslizou o telefone. Péssimo atendimento. Se a pré venda é assim, imagino como seja o pós venda.
Não recomendo a empresa a ninguém.
I tried to request a quote for the exchange of wiring and cables in the condominium I manage and the seller Bruno swiped the phone. Terrible attendance. If the pre-sale is like this, I imagine what the after-sale is like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nas vezes que comprei fui bem atendido pelos vendedores, porém aconselho pensar dez vezes antes de realizar suas compras neste local, pois a expedição demora muito a entregar seu material e muita das vezes separam a mercadoria de forma errada. Com tantas outras lojas do ramo no próprio bairro com preços semelhantes não acho que vale a pena perder tempo na eletromil.
The times I bought it, I was well attended by the sellers, but I advise you to think ten times before making your purchases in this place, because the expedition takes a long time to deliver your material and many times they separate the goods in the wrong way. With so many other stores in the industry in the neighborhood with similar prices, I don't think it's worth wasting time at eletromil.

Fiz um pedido de orçamento na quarta feira 18/05 com o vendedor Igor. Na quinta feira dia 19/05 efetuei o pagamento de mais da metade do mesmo e solicitei que fosse separada mercadoria pq no dia 20/05 iria pedir a um amigo que retirasse o material, pagando o restante no local.
Hj dia 20 de maio, meu amigo está lá a mais de duas horas aguardando o mesmo ser entregue.
Sendo que foi nos dito que tudo já estava resolvido, era apenas pagar o restante e ir embora.
Uma vergonha vc chegar numa loja às 9;00 e já são 11;20 e uma pessoa não ser atendida.
Sendo que este é uma atendimento que começou no dia 18/05. Tempo suficiente para que tudo fosse resolvido.
Apenas o preço compensa, mas a operação de atendimento deixa muito a desejar

I made a request for a quote on Wednesday 05/18 with the seller Igor. On Thursday the 19/05th I paid more than half of it and requested that merchandise be separated because on the 20/05th I would ask a friend to remove the material, paying the rest on the spot.
Today, May 20th, my friend has been there for over two hours waiting for it to be delivered.
Since we were told that everything was already resolved, it was just a matter of paying the rest and leaving.
It's a shame you arrive at a store at 9:00 and it's already 11:20 and a person doesn't get served.
Since this is a service that started on the 18/05. Long enough for everything to be sorted out.
Only the price makes up for it, but the service operation leaves a lot to be desired.
