★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência que temos, e eu mesmo presenciei no último dia 22/05 do péssimo atendimento e de péssima experiência no pós compra.
Minha esposa e meu filho compraram headset nesta loja ano passado, e o aparelho estava com defeito, foram buscar uma solução dentro do prazo de garantia, e no atendimento, simplesmente foram ignorados, sequer houve teste no headset para verificar possível dano.
Foram dispensados como se dissesem: "o problema é de Vcs"... causando constragimento pois haviam outros clientes na loja, e total desrespeito a uma mulher e uma criança.
Alegaram que por mau uso o mocrofone estava quebrado (o que foi descartado pela prória loja com o atendente ...........no dia 22/05).
Entrei em contato com o proprietario da loja ............... que acabou de me retornar, sem nenhuma solução.
Demonstrando o total desrespeito com o consumidor, uma mulher e uma criança, acarretando muitos desconfortos e decepções a esta criança por muito tempo.
Não é o preço do aparelho, simplesmente a demonstração de desrespeito.

My wife and son bought a headset at this store last year, and the device was defective, they went looking for a solution within the warranty period, and in the service, they were simply ignored, there was not even a test on the headset to check for possible damage.
They were dismissed as if to say: "The problem is yours" ... causing embarrassment because there were other customers in the store, and total disrespect for a woman and a child.
They claimed that the mocrophone was broken due to misuse (which was discarded by the store itself with the attendant ........... on 05/22).
I contacted the store owner ............... who just returned to me, without any solution.
Demonstrating total disrespect to the consumer, a woman and a child, causing many discomforts and disappointments to this child for a long time.
It's not the price of the device, simply the show of disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carregador de iPhone que deu problema no primeiro dia, ou seja, já foi vendido com defeito. Não trocaram alegando mau uso do consumidor. Parece uma conduta recorrente dessa empresa . Não recomendo.
