Deixei minha TV para manutenção e só obtive retorno depois de mais de 1 mês. Quando finalmente busquei minha TV, ela veio com a tampa traseira quebrada, a manutenção ficou cara e ela ainda veio com outro problema. Mandei de volta para "garantia" e alegaram que por se tratar de outro problema a garantia podia não cobrir. Depois de mais de 1 mês novamente devolveram a TV com o mesmo problema. Aparentemente nem chegaram a abrir. Um baita descaso com o cliente e uma enorme falta de profissionalismo.
Bad! Do not waste your time!
I left my TV for maintenance and only got a return after more than 1 month. When I finally got my TV, it came with a broken back cover, maintenance was expensive, and it came with another problem. I sent it back to "guarantee" and they claimed that because it was another problem the warranty might not cover it. After more than 1 month, they returned the TV with the same problem. Apparently they didn't even open. A huge disregard for the customer and a huge lack of professionalism.
