★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa um lixo, péssimos funcionários incapacitados deixei minha tv de LED dia 26/08/17 hoje dia 04/10/17 liguei para saber pois eles não dão resposta, meu pai ia lá e eles falavam que sempre faltava uma peça poxa se não são capazes de resolver o problema pede para Aretirar, continuando ..Liguei as 09 da manhã e fui super mal atendida por funcionário que se identificou como Cleyton se ele for o dono é um péssimo gestor e que levará a impresa a falência pois não polparei de reclamações, ele foi grosso e disse que se eu quisesse buscar podia que eles não iriam mexer mais na tv falei que levaria na autorizada espero que não tenha danificado ou extraviado nada pois as consequências serão nos tribunais. Não é de graça estou pagando não sabia que era um serviço porco enfim não indico nem para meu pior inimigo um lixo!

It's not free I'm paying did not know it was a pig service anyway I do not even indicate to my worst enemy a trash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como não dar estrela alguma eu não daria. Levei minha TV LED para conserto pois a tv não ficava ligada, ela ligava e desligava sozinha, ficaram de me passar orçamento, pois bem! Esperei e nada, liguei e a Cida atendeu disse que a TV estava ligada em teste (estranho pois ela não ficava ligada), disse que retornaria para falar o que tinha com a TV, esperei novamente e nada. Liguei 2 x seguidas e ela disse que ia ver e me retornava, 15min depois retornou dizendo que ficava 450,00 o conserto e ao questionar o que era, ela disse que era placa, pedi para não fazer que eu ia ver com meu namorado. Quando liguei pedindo para não fazer q eu iria buscar ela me disse que a peça tinha chego e fizeram o serviço, que eu não conseguiria buscar no momento pois teria q desfazer o serviço, perguntei se eles comprariam ela e me ofereceram 100,00, sempre relutando para devolver a TV, depois ofereceram 200,00 e recusei. Pois bem, depois de alguma insistência, esperei (desfazerem o serviço) e busquei a TV... E advinha só?! Testei a TV e estava funcionando normalmente. Ou seja, me leva a crer que a TV não tinha nada e eles estavam agindo de má fé, pois eles não arrumariam de graça!
Resumindo, é uma cilada!
If I could not give any star I would not give. I took my LED TV for repair because the tv was not turned on, it turned on and off alone, they were giving me budget, well! I waited and nothing, I called and Cida answered said that the TV was on test (strange because she was not turned on), said she would return to talk what I had with the TV, waited again and nothing. I called 2x in a row and she said she would see and return, 15min later returned saying that was 450.00 the repair and when questioning what it was, she said it was plaque, I asked not to do that I would see with my boyfriend. When I called asking not to do it I would get it she told me that the piece had arrived and did the service, which I could not get at the moment because I would have to undo the service, I asked if they would buy it and offered me 100.00, always reluctant to return the TV, then offered 200.00 and refused. Well, after some insistence, I waited (undo the service) and sought the TV ... And guess what ?! I tested the TV and it was working normally. That is, it leads me to believe that the TV had nothing and they were acting in bad faith as they would not tidy up for free!
In short, it's a trap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São excelentes. Eu acho que as pessoas muitas vezes criticam pq não entendem que para reparar equipamentos caros como televisores se leva tempo. Tempo para o orçamento, tempo para entrega das peças e tempo para o reparo em si. Já perdi a conta de quantas coisas que já mandei arrumar na Dakota. Conheço o trabalho dos caras a mais de 15 anos. Nunca tive problemas. Geralmente quando se arruma aí o produto não volta a dar defeito.
They are excellent. I think people often criticize because they do not understand that to repair expensive equipment like televisions if it takes time. Time for budget, time for delivery of parts and time for repair itself. I've lost count of how many things I've ordered in Dakota. I've known the guys' work for over 15 years. I've never had problems. Generally when you put the product in it does not come back to defect.
