 In the case of a store it is a good store, my father was customer number one of them, but the customer service via phone leaves something to be desired, an attendant treats with ignorance as if there is no need to make sales.

I found what I needed but I don't know if for some reason they didn't answer me. when i decided to leave the store i had the impression that at last i was attended to by the owner of the establishment. More humble than the employees themselves.

Liguei p perguntar se tinha o produto antes de ir, me deixaram 5 minutos esperando e simplesmente desligaram. Fui pessoalmente, dificuldade p parar, tem q optar por um estacionamento pago, atendimento seco, enfim, nao recomendo.
I remember visiting the place in the past with my father, it always had everything, it was always packed. I called to ask if I had the product before I went, they left me 5 minutes waiting and just hung up. I went personally, it was difficult to stop, you have to opt for paid parking, dry care, well, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja antiga e mal distribuída, tem que melhorar muito os produtos e Layout ( pararam nos anos 90 ), mas compensou pelo ótimo atendimento.
Old store and poorly distributed, has to improve a lot the products and Layout (they stopped in the 90s), but it made up for by the great service.
