★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira compra lá! Demora no atendimento... Eles até tem as peças, porém, me indicaram a peça errada sendo que uma estava com defeito. Voltei p trocar não tinham outra p substituir a quebrada.... Insinuaram que eu quebrei e não que já estava assim..... Sendo que a peça desmontou na mão deles quando foram testar novamente..... Outras peças lá tbm não funcionariam para talvez substituir a mesma. Se negaram a fazer teste com outra por alegar que para isso, violaria a embalagem sendo que não estava lacrado! Me pediram pra retornar dali uma semana p falar com a atendente que me vendeu no mesmo dia e já não estava mais lá. Em resumo, paguei caro, saí sem resolver o problema e fiquei que uma peça quebrada e outra sem ultilidade para mim. Tive que procurar outra loja e comprar tudo denovo. Péssima experiência! Não recomendo.
My first purchase there! It takes time to attend ... They even have the parts, however, they told me the wrong part and one was defective. I came back to change they had no other p to replace the broken one .... They insinuated that I broke it and not that it was already like this ..... Since the piece disassembled in their hand when they went to test again ..... Other pieces there too would not work to perhaps replace it. They refused to do a test with another one because they claim that for that, it would violate the packaging, since it was not sealed! I was asked to return from there one week to speak to the attendant who sold me the same day and was no longer there. In short, I paid dearly, left without solving the problem and I was left with a broken piece and another without usefulness for me. I had to look for another store and buy everything again. Bad experience! I do not recommend.
