A solicitação foi feita no dia 17 de JULHO de 2018 e hoje são 24 de AGOSTO de 2018, ou seja, já tem mais de 30 dias que foi feito a solicitação do serviço e até agora não foi resolvido. A solicitação foi feita através da assistência técnica MANCHETE ELETRÔNICA LTDA, em Natal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento de seu Nunes o proprietàrio.Levei minha TV para concerto,avisaram que estava pronta,peguei e levei para JP,pois minha filha está morando lá e a TV é dela.Qdo ligou a TV estava com o mesmo problema,ou seja ,não tinha sido concertada.Trouxe a TV de volta para Natal,isso aconteceu em menos de 1 semana e levei novamente para a eletrônica.Chegando lá seu Nunes agora disse que era a Tela.Como se a TV estava com o mesmo problema.devia ter detectado que era a tela assim que a TV entrou para concerto.Enfim não resolveu nada da TV e perdi meu dinheiro e ainda foi abusado.NÃO RECOMENDO PRA NINGUÉM.
I got my TV for concert, they told me it was ready, I took it and I took it to JP, because my daughter is living there and the TV is hers. Anyone who turned on the TV had the same problem, had not been concerted. I brought the TV back to Natal, it happened in less than 1 week and I took it back to the electronics. Arriving there your Nunes now said it was the Screen. As if the TV was with the same problem. detected that it was the screen as soon as the TV came to concert. Anyway it did not solve anything of the TV and I lost my money and was still abused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO PRA NONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia triste. as pessoas que trabalham nesta assistência ou são surdas, o telefone é de arame farpado ou tem o pessoal algum problema nas mãos e nos dedos porque não consegue segurar esse telefone....ninguém nunca atende esse telefone....nunca literalmente. e ainda tive que dar uma estrela para poder postar minha felicidade aqui. só nesse país mesmo, viu.
Sad experience. the people who work in this assistance or are deaf, the phone is barbed wire or the staff has a problem with their hands and fingers because they can't hold this phone .... nobody ever answers that phone .... never literally. and I still had to give it a star to be able to post my happiness here. only in that country, you see.
