★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência que tive nesse lugar. Deixei minha televisão mais de 2 meses pra arrumar apenas um problema de sintonia de canais. Quando foram fazer orçamento, queimaram a placa da TV e ainda tentaram empurrar esse defeito para que eu pagasse. Depois de muito diálogo, aceitaram fazer o serviço, decotando o erro deles. Mas aí começou a novela, prometiam prazos e não cumpriam. Quando finalmente fui buscar a TV, o som não funcionava. Ou seja, nem mesmo testaram a tv antes de entregá-la. Péssimo serviço. Só não dei nota 0 porque o Alysson, funcionário que me atendeu, foi muito educado, cortês e muito claro com as coisas. Inclusive ele está desperdiçado lá. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Bad experience I had in this place. I left my television for more than 2 months just to fix a channel tuning problem. When they went to budget, they burned the TV card and even tried to push this defect so that I would pay. After a lot of dialogue, they agreed to do the job, decollecting their mistake. But then the soap opera started, they promised deadlines and didn't comply. When I finally went to get the TV, the sound didn't work. In other words, they didn't even test the TV before delivering it. Terrible service. The only reason I didn't give a 0 was because Alysson, the employee who attended me, was very polite, courteous and very clear about things. Even he is wasted there. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onestidade acima de TD lá,meu tv não ligava,levei lá e constataram q era simplesmente a fonte,não enrolaram,rápido e objetivo,como qualquer prestador de serviço tem q ser,TD certinho whow!
Honesty above TD there, my tv didn't turn on, I took it there and they found it was simply the source, they didn't roll, fast and objective, as any service provider has to be, TD right whow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 dias "úteis" e não tiraram nem um parafuso da TV,não responderam nem chat do App e nem Whatsapp descaso total,peguei de volta a TV.
6 "working" days and they didn't even remove a screw from the TV, they didn't respond to the App chat or whatsapp, total neglect, I took the TV back.
