★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma televisão para orçamento, após uns dois dias me ligaram e passaram o orçamento no valor de R$150, autorizei o conserto. Passado aproximadamente um mês sem ninguém ter entrado em contato comigo, fui até o estabelecimento para saber se já estava pronto o aparelho, o funcionário ficou de ver e entraria em contato, logo após isso me ligaram para ir pagar o reparo do aparelho, perguntei se estava pronto e disseram que eu já estava com o aparelho, que eu estava devendo lá. Fui até lá ver o que estava acontecendo, conversei com o dono, que foi sem educação e me acusou de ter entrado na loja e ROUBADO MINHA PRÓPRIA TELEVISÃO! Acionei o PROCON com as provas, foi agendada uma audiência para o caso, ninguém foi para representar a eletrônica. Após o PROCON entrar novamente em contato com eles, resolveram nos dar uma outra televisão.
Devido ao descaso, falta de honestidade e de educação não recomendo para ninguém! Sem contar o barraco que o próprio dono da loja fez no local.
I took a television for budget, after a couple of days they called me and passed the budget in the amount of R $ 150, I authorized the repair. After about a month without anyone contacting me, I went to the establishment to see if the device was ready, the employee stayed to see it and would contact me, after that they called me to go and pay for the repair of the device, I asked if I was ready and said that I already had the device, that I owed it there. I went there to see what was going on, I talked to the owner, who was uneducated and accused me of having entered the store and STOLEN MY OWN TELEVISION! I called PROCON with the evidence, a hearing was scheduled for the case, nobody went to represent the electronics. After PROCON got in touch with them again, they decided to give us another television.
Due to neglect, lack of honesty and politeness, I do not recommend it to anyone! Not to mention the shack that the store owner himself made on the spot.
