Depois vieram com a desculpa que a peça estava difícil de encontrar. Quando fui retirar o aparelho fui tratada com ironia. Fiz uma simples pesquisa na internet e encontrei a peça.
Bad, neglect with my device, does not meet deadlines. My television spent 40 days with them and they did not solve the problem. Then they came with the excuse that the piece was difficult to find. When I removed the device I was treated with irony. I did a simple search on the internet and found the piece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a peca nova, disseram que a mesma foi trocada por estar queimada, mas nao me deram a peca que estava queimada, como posso saber se foi trocado mesmo? e uma peca nova recem comprada estar queimada? e pedi a peca (supostamente) queimada, me disseram que foi jogada fora, paguei duas vezes por uma peca, que se tivessem entregue a (supostamente) queimada eu terei retornado onde comprei, por isso nao recomendo, tenho comercio e sempre retorno mercadoria com defeito ao cliente, fica a pergunta, como confiar?
I bought the new part, they said it was replaced because it was burnt, but they didn't give me the part that was burnt, how can I know if it was changed? and a new piece just bought be burnt? and I ordered the (supposedly) burnt piece, they told me it was thrown away, I paid twice for a piece, that if they had delivered the (supposedly) burnt piece I will have returned where I bought it, so I do not recommend it, I have trade and I always return merchandise with defect to the customer, the question remains, how to trust?
